SC Engineering Supply Ltd. sells this product subject to the understanding that if any defect in manufacture or material shall appear within the warranty period stipulated on this certificate, the parts found defective will be replaced/defects will be rectified without charge. This warranty is valid ONLY IF THIS Warranty Certificate is presented complete with all the details filled in by our personnel.

We reserve the right to refuse services under warranty if this information is not complete or in any way changed after purchase of the product.

LIMITATIONS

SC Engineering Supply Ltd. does not guarantee the following:

Periodic maintenance, corrosion and repair on replacement of parts, which are consumed through normal wear and tear such as seals, bearings, mechanical seals, blades, tyres and tubes, chains, lubricants and all other consumables such as batteries and capacitors.

Damage caused by improper installation or use of equipment by unqualified personnel or operators which may lead to Accidents, heated up motors, leaking installations and tempering with the warranty period by personnel other than those employed / subcontracted by SC Engineering Supply Ltd.

Products connected to voltage specifications not conforming to supplier information on nameplate, products not having the necessary thermal and overload protection, products damaged by surcharges, lightning, water and fire installations not protected by an Earth Leakage Circuit Breaker.

Improper use and operation of the equipment for which the equipment was not designed.

LIABILITY

In no event will SC Engineering Supply Ltd. be liable for any damages or accidents including lost profits or their consequential damages arising out of the product failure and improper use of the equipment.

STATUTORY RIGHTS

This guarantee does not affect the statutory rights of the consumer under legislation in force, or the consumers rights against the retailer arising from the sale of purchase contract. This guarantee is strictly limited to the repair of the defective parts of the product and DOES NOT entitle the purchaser for replacement.

Any warranty terms and conditions applicable on purchased items are available separately on Warranty Card furnished. Please keep it safe as no claims under warranty shall be processed without presenting the card.
